How To Check IMEI Number of Android Phone

IMEI, aka, International Mobile Equipment Identity number, is a unique identifier code that is assigned to every mobile device. Now, if you are here, you are probably wondering how to check this IMEI number on your Android device. When a mobile phone is lost, you don’t really need a SIM card to track it. You can also track it down using an IMEI number.

This 15-digit number is very crucial. If you have ever exchanged your old phone on Amazon or Flipkart, you know why. The exchange will be nullified without a proper IMEI number identification. This number is proof that your smartphone is legit. Additionally, it also allows you to check the make and model of the device.
